Can I cancel the order if I do not want it anymore?
Yes, you can cancel the order within 30 minutes since placed, not for over 30 minutes.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
It typically takes about 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center and be processed for a refund. Once we receive your qualifying return, we will approve your refund immediately. Depending on your financial institution, please allow additional 1–2 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
Do you do back orders?
No, we do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock, our customer team will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out-of-stock orders will be canceled unless a replacement item is requested.

The product details page has a detailed description of the product size. The size recommended by customer service for you is for reference only. Please read our actual measurement data carefully for the specific size selection. Since the measurement data of the products are all from our manual measurement, please understand the slight errors, and the measurement values of some products with a strong sense of design may also be different from the measured data, please refer to the actual product.
Maintenance and cleaning advice
- When washing for the first time, adding a small amount of salt to the water can reduce the color fading of the new product during the first washing.
- Do not soak the clothes in water containing detergent for a long time before washing, so as to avoid fading or deformation of the clothes.
- When washing, add an appropriate amount of neutral detergent (without bleach) to clean water at a temperature not exceeding 40°C. After dissolving evenly, soak the clothes for about 5 minutes, then lightly rub the stained part, and then rinse with clean water.
- Please wash it as soon as possible when it is stained with oil stains, stains or wet with sweat or rain to avoid odor and breeding of bacteria.
- Clothes of different colors should be washed separately to avoid staining when mixed.
- Do not fold the clothes when they are not dry, and turn them over to dry to slow down the color fading of the clothes.
- Do not rub against hard objects, coarse clothes or chemical fiber clothes with static electricity for a long time, so as to prevent the clothes from pilling and affecting the wearing experience.
